This poor guy is probably some prick who auditioned for a role in Mallrats or some shit and didn't get cast, so he's taking it out on Kevin. Who ELSE would waste their free time on a board of a production company which puts out "shitty" movies for any other reason?
I suppose the guy sits at his computer terminal and just WAITS for someone to praise a film that deserves such.
