The films they were talking about are pornos from Japan featuring girls getting hosed down in large quantities of ejaculate. If you heard Stern refer to "decorating" the girl on the video, he meant a dozen or so lusty fellows were ejaculating on her at one time. Sometimes the films involve a girl chugging a glass full of the stuff. Classy, huh?
